  Had an issue with my Cascade 2 heater showing a red light. I called Jak at Fox County Ltd and after a quick chat he asked me to text over my details. Later that week he followed up, and by then the heater was working fine again. Even though he didn’t physically come out, his communication and customer service were absolutely first class.
